When I first spoke to Ian he was on his hols but still had time to talk me through what my best options were.

Ian [MR KOI] needs as many measurements as possible; top, bottom, where frame will sit in blockwork plus as many pics and other info you can give him.

I went for a 3 sided frame so Ian welded as many lugs on as possible, and be sure to tell him what type of blocks you are using as Moz has all types at his workshop he can build up allowing for cement so as to get the fixing lugs in centre of blocks, the strongest part.

The frame arrived just when he said it would, and fitted perfectly even though the top hole gap was 15mm out than the bottom, Ian had allowed for this and was able to weld to the slight difference, this is why he needs as much info as possible, when I took pics I wirebrushed the muck off the blockwork then gave it a soak with the hose as easier to define measurements for him.

Really pleased with frame and can't wait to get pond glassed and fish in.
